1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Player," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the aero88 platform and its services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration with aero88.

• "Funds" refers to monetary deposits made by Players into their aero88 Account, as well as winnings derived from gameplay.

• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives provided by aero88 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the aero88 platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If You do not agree with any provision contained herein, You must immediately cease using our Services and close Your Account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between You and aero88. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In addition to these Terms & Conditions, Your use of aero88 is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the aero88 platform, You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. aero88 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that Your use of aero88 complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Your jurisdiction. Individuals who are mentally incapacitated or subject to legal guardianship are prohibited from using aero88.
• Single Account: You are permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with aero88. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts and confiscation of all Funds and Bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently self-excluded from aero88 or any other online gambling platform. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account with aero88, You must complete our online registration form by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on Your government-issued identification)
• Date of birth
• Residential address
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Secure password meeting our complexity requirements

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials, including Your username and password. You must not share Your login credentials with any third party. aero88 will never ask You to disclose Your password via email, phone, or chat. Any activity conducted through Your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by You, and You bear full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using Your credentials.

If You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account, You must notify aero88 customer support immediately via live chat or email. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending Your Account to prevent further unauthorized activity.

4.3 KYC Verification

aero88 is committed to preventing fraud, underage gambling, and money laundering. As part of our regulatory obligations, we require all Players to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. You will be asked to upload clear copies of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian national ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. The document must be valid (not expired) and clearly show Your full name, date of birth, photograph, and issue/expiry dates.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (electricity, water, internet), bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, clearly showing Your name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A recent photograph of You holding Your government-issued ID next to Your face. Both Your face and the ID details must be clearly visible in the same image.

Our compliance team reviews all KYC submissions manually within 1-24 hours during business days. You will receive an email notification once Your verification is approved. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to Account suspension.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

aero88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier; please refer to the Cashier section of Your Account for current limits.

Deposits are typically credited to Your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where technical issues or bank delays occur, processing may take up to 24 hours. If Your deposit has not been credited within this timeframe, please contact customer support with Your transaction reference number.

aero88 does not charge fees for deposits. However, Your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. It is Your responsibility to review Your payment provider's fee schedule.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time through the Cashier section of Your Account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified via KYC procedures.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed Your available balance (excluding any active Bonus funds subject to wagering requirements).
• You must withdraw to a payment method registered in Your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (09:00-17:00 WIB, Monday-Friday); e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) may take 1-24 hours. Requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. VIP members (Gold tier and above) receive priority processing.

aero88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents or conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit patterns consistent with potential fraud or money laundering. We may also impose withdrawal limits or cooling-off periods if we detect unusual betting patterns or suspected bonus abuse.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

aero88 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal can be processed. This policy prevents our platform from being used as a currency exchange or money transfer service. Attempts to circumvent this requirement may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

aero88 offers various Bonuses and promotional incentives to enhance Your gaming experience. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the individual promotion pages and in Your Account dashboard. By claiming a Bonus, You agree to abide by all applicable Bonus terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times You must wager the Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the promotion terms). For example, a Rp 1,000,000 Bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered Rp 10,000,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion terms. Common restrictions include:

• One Bonus per Player, household, IP address, and device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering Bonus funds. Exceeding these limits may void the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire after a specified period (typically 7-30 days). Unused Bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiration.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

aero88 strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, exploiting software glitches to gain unfair advantage, collusion with other Players, irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play.

If we determine that You have engaged in Bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all Bonuses, confiscate all winnings derived from Bonuses, and terminate Your Account without notice or recourse.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on aero88 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and randomness. • Fraudulent deposits using stolen credit cards, chargebacks, or other dishonest payment methods.
• Offensive, abusive, or harassing behavior toward other Players or aero88 staff in chat or communications.

7.3 Betting Errors and Disputes

aero88 strives for accuracy in all odds, lines, and game outcomes. However, in the event of an obvious error (such as a typographical mistake displaying incorrect odds), we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If You notice an error in Your Account balance, game results, or betting history, You must notify customer support within 7 days of the incident. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much You can deposit into Your Account.

• Session Time Limits: Automatically log out after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude Yourself from accessing Your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.

9. Limitations of Liability

• Loss of Funds due to betting losses (gambling inherently involves risk, and no outcome is guaranteed).
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, network interruptions, or software errors that prevent access to Your Account or affect gameplay.

• Third-party actions, including payment provider delays, bank processing errors, or fraudulent activity by other Players.

aero88's total liability to You for any claim arising from these Terms or Your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount of Funds deposited into Your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that You participate voluntarily and at Your own discretion. aero88 does not guarantee any specific outcome, winnings, or return on investment.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in Your Account will be paid out to You via Your registered withdrawal method, provided You have met all withdrawal requirements and cleared any outstanding wagering obligations. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

10.2 aero88-Initiated Termination

aero88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate Your Account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple Accounts or sharing Accounts with other individuals.
• Engaging in Bonus abuse, collusion, or other prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent financial activity.
• Abusive behavior toward aero88 staff or other Players.

In the event of termination due to breach of Terms, aero88 reserves the right to confiscate all Funds and Bonuses in Your Account, and You shall have no claim to any compensation or refund. If Your Account is closed in good standing, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to You.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which aero88 is licensed to operate. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, You agree to first contact aero88 customer support to attempt an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication with our support team.

Formal Dispute: If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration or mediation under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against aero88. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
